Finding high calibre candidates for hard-to-fill environmental positions

It’s our detailed process that makes the difference

One of our long-term clients had a problem. Some strategic roles for their New Zealand office that would further their reputation in the oil and gas sector were proving hard to fill. These roles had been open for several months, but after exhausting all options, Aecom turned to Peopleconnexion with a detailed brief to find local candidates.

From Australia, we connected with senior professionals in the NZ market, primarily from a major competitor. Within a week, we developed a long list of high-calibre candidates and then after consultation with the client formed our shortlist. The employer interviewed candidates and followed through with two competitive offers.
