AECOM Australia

It’s our passion that makes a difference

This story involves an employer with very specific criteria for a senior water leader. We were the preferred supplier and had a face-to-face meeting to understand the exact requirements. The employer’s advice? It would be a tough find, as they?d already exhausted their own industry contacts.

But they?d underestimated our industry influence, extensive networking capabilities and passion for sourcing and matching the right candidate. We worked with the brief over a period of two months. This included three massive drives that saw us personally contact just about every senior water professional in the Brisbane market. We were rewarded with two outstanding candidates, one of which was employed.

We followed this up a month later by placing a 2IC in his team. We believe we exceeded the client’s expectations and confirmed that Peopleconnexion’s detailed 30-step process and high level of service is a recipe for success for both our employers and our candidates.
