A reformatted resume makes the difference

A strong resume can make or break your chances. We worked with a candidate who was a perfect match of skills and experience for an open position we were working on. This was driven by his background as a quantity surveyor combined with his current position in estimation and experience rolling out a new software package.

But he was rejected by the employer because his CV didn’t highlight his skills precisely. Rather than give up on our candidate, we helped him totally overhaul his CV. Then we set to work on the employer to prove that there was more to this candidate than originally thought. The client was convinced, and interviewed the candidate ? then offered him the job.
