4 Ways to Plan for L&D in 2023

We’re interested in how the PNG market is getting prepared for Learning & Development, particularly with the imminent economic activity on the horizon with the Mining and Oil & Gas projects in the pipeline. What we found in a recent poll was that more than half of respondents (61%) either hadn’t started planning, or never plan, for L&D.

We know there are barriers to pitching L&D to leadership or adding L&D to budgets. However, L&D is going to play an increasingly strategic role as we move into a skills-shortage climate. With the projects pipeline ramping up and the jobs market not loosening anytime soon, the time to act is now.
