We are elated to share the success and impact of a number of webinars held this year, hosted to our HR and L&D community by Gary Blair, Principal Training and Development Consultant. These live webinars were designed to invite our entire PX community to join together to become empowered with the insight of some of the innovative and dynamic programs which are transforming talent across the Pacific.
Talent Management Strategy (TMS) Webinars: Empowering large-scale growth
Three of the webinars conducted this year were dedicated to our Talent Management Strategy (TMS), building on the innovative and dynamic approach outlined in our previous article ‘Bolstered Service Offerings across the Pacific’. These sessions provided a platform for participants to delve deeper into the principles of TMS, offering insights into how it cultivates creativity and innovation in managers. Attendees had the opportunity to grasp new mindsets to view and champion talent within their own organisations, and visualise how strategically aligning recruitment with identified areas of growth within their existing workforce could transform their own operations.
The success of these TMS webinars was a direct result of the engagement and enthusiasm of our PX community. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants who contributed to the success of these sessions, and we look forward to further expanding our TMS offerings in 2024.
Transformational Leadership (TL) Webinar: Shaping Future Leaders
In addition to the TMS webinars, we were privileged to host a webinar on Transformational Leadership (TL), one of our programs in high-demand across the Pacific. This session aimed at developing a nuanced understanding of various leadership forms while emphasising the transformative power of TL on operational and strategic success in 2024.
The TL program, known for its intensive nature, has impacted hundreds of leaders and likely thousands of professionals across the region. Participants embarked on a transformative journey, gaining insights into leading oneself, leading others, leading teams, and leading change. Key discoveries included understanding the world of work, exploring individual personality strengths and weaknesses, developing emotional intelligence, and identifying behaviors that can either enhance or derail relationships and productivity.
The impact of TL goes beyond individual growth; it results in motivational and productivity increases within organisations, and it was our promise that the new found understanding of our webinar participants could begin to embed this into their own organisations.
