Who is Peopleconnexion Recruitment?
Peopleconnexion began when our Director Kristine Berry set out with a mobile phone, a contact list and a vision – to inspire greatness for her candidates and clients. Since 2007, Peopleconnexion Recruitment has been providing engineering recruitment services to some of the largest engineering consultancies and mining companies across Australia.
Our Consultants offer a streamlined recruitment solution (both permanent and contract) spanning across a variety of small- and large-scale infrastructure projects. We have a large network of highly skilled candidates in our talent pool and long-term relationships in the industry.

Managed by Paul Hansford (Divisional Manager – Engineering), our specialist consultants have extensive knowledge and expertise in Engineering recruitment in Brisbane and Queensland. Paul has an extensive history in recruitment spanning over 25 years and has been lucky enough to deliver solutions to clients across the globe. Since moving to Australia he has built a phenomenal network of contacts within the Engineering space and developed long term relationships with clients and candidates alike.
