Yet so many people over look certain important aspects of leadership like listening more, or about structuring your questions in a way that you connect & build rapport first then later go deep into the negative areas of discussions for improvement. And celebrating with the staff for small unrecognizable efforts, this will build their confidence and motivate them more to do exceptionally well in their role.
