Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited engaged Peopleconnexion PNG to manage the recruitment of its 2023 graduate recruitment drive as part of the Graduate Development Programme (GDP).
The PX Team developed an understanding of our business requirements, the vision behind our GDP and the businesses’ strategy and objectives. We laid out our key criteria, timeline and objectives for the project; and the Team were able to collaborate well with our HR and key business units to develop and implement a graduate recruitment drive which aligned with our goals.
