Our staff #embracingequity for International Women’s Day

This year, International Women’s Day (IWD) is about imagining a gender equal world, free of bias and discrimination.

We are humbled to be able to come together each year for IWD and have important conversations with each other about the global issues we see between our cultures, where equity and inclusion can be improved for women.

Importantly, IWD belongs to everyone, everywhere. This year, we had the opportunity to create some conversations for the women in our team to speak about what equality means to them. We  engaged in IWD’s conversation cards to prompt some impactful conversations, with the intention that we can raise awareness about matters of equity and equality, everywhere.

Our Leader, Kristine Berry, also took the opportunity to speak to our audience of upcoming women leaders – across any industry, any geography. Kristine offers her 5 top tips for 5 qualities she believes are vital for women in leadership. Watch her tips below:

To whoever, and wherever our audience is reading or watching our conversations from, for this IWD we offer our message to stay courageous and resilient, and just as we are kind to others, never forgetting to be kind to yourselves.
