Celebrating a Decade of Impact in PNG: Peopleconnexion’s Commitment to Education and Equality

At Peopleconnexion, we believe in creating pathways for success and making a difference in the communities we serve. Over the past 10 years, we’ve proudly established ourselves as a leading talent management company in Papua New Guinea (PNG), building strong partnerships, driving talent development, and actively contributing to community growth.

Partnering with Buk Bilong Pikinini

One of our proudest achievements has been our partnership with Buk Bilong Pikinini, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting literacy among children in PNG. Through this collaboration, we have helped collect over 40,000 books, making a tangible difference in ensuring children have access to quality reading materials. Literacy is the foundation of education, and we are proud to contribute to a brighter future for PNG’s youngest generation.

Fostering the Next Generation of Female Leaders

Over the years, we’ve recognised the urgent need for initiatives that support the development of young women, enabling them to access education and enter the workforce. Women are essential drivers of economic growth and social progress, yet they often face barriers that limit their potential.

That’s why we’ve doubled down on our commitment to empower girls and young women in PNG, particularly through the RISE Program.

Our Commitment as a RISE Platinum Contributor

As a RISE Platinum Contributor, Peopleconnexion proudly aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a focus on:

Quality Education

The RISE Program is an inspiring initiative that provides mentorship, education, and growth opportunities to over 100 underprivileged girls in PNG every year. By equipping these young women with the confidence and skills to overcome challenges, we’re empowering them to become confident change-makers in their communities.

Breaking Barriers to Education

Through RISE, we actively support young women in overcoming barriers such as limited access to education and societal inequality. Our involvement goes beyond financial contributions; we are hands-on in organizing mentorship programs, workshops, and leadership training sessions.

By providing these young women with the tools they need to succeed, we are helping to cultivate the next generation of leaders who will shape PNG’s future.

Join Us in Making a Difference

At Peopleconnexion, we believe that everyone has a role to play in building a better future. Our work with Buk Bilong Pikinini and the RISE Program exemplifies our dedication to empowering individuals and creating lasting change.

We invite you to join us in our journey toward fostering education, equality, and opportunity for all. Follow our efforts and see how we’re making a difference in the lives of many by visiting our website and following us on social media.

Together, we can create a brighter, more equitable future for PNG.
