Following changes, BAT PNG required an external provider to assist with outplacement services for a range of staff across multiple business functions.

Peopleconnexion delivered a series of career transition workshops to over 130 Abt Associates staff in its PNG office. It was a tremendous success and rather than staff feeling nervous about their future careers as Abt’s current program comes to an end, they became invigorated and enthusiastic about their potential. Kristine and her team of Papua New Guinean colleagues facilitated a highly interactive and engaging workshop, demonstrating a strong appreciation for PNG culture whilst also recognising the expectations of an international employer.
