TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS

Identify your organisation’s Training and Learning & Development needs, at all levels and in all areas, with one quick and easy analysis.

Determining the learning & development needs across your entire organisation can often seem as expensive and overwhelming. No single training program will fit the needs of all employees across all levels and sectors of your organisation, but a Training Needs Analysis can bridge the gap of where your organisation’s training space is sitting versus where it needs to be to edge closer to satisfying employees’ knowledge and skills desires.

What are the practical benefits from an analysis?

  • Identify the gaps of knowledge and skills before they start to affect productivity.
  • Allow your training to be proactive and not reactive.
  • Plan, prioritise and budget your training needs for the year, prioritising which programs will best address your needs and show the highest return on investment
  • Identify which staff and seniority levels would best benefit from a certain program or training.
  • Identify areas of training you may not have considered or been aware of.

“Recognised the expectations of an international employer”

Kristine and her team of Papua New Guinean colleagues facilitated a highly interactive and engaging workshop, demonstrating a strong appreciation for PNG culture whilst also recognising the expectations of an international employer. We will definitely look to work with Peopleconnexion in the future.
